A graduation work from a furniture design with theme of recycle;
The design philosophy is clear identity. As can be seen from the title, the 'OBVIOUS',it was aimed to give obvious identity. Anyone can see that the sofa was made by using wasted trunk in the junkyard by putting on frame. I'd like to make such works that anybody can notice the intention just by glancing on the work as in this case. There could be many intentions inside the works but I wanted to draw out people's sympathy firstly. I made the cushion manually to maintain the engineering pattern divided in the original trunk. So it could be a fancy work.
